Gateway is a multi-use live-work-play luxury community featuring retailers, apartments, fitness center, salon services, restaurants and farmers market located near Atlanta’s desirable Chastain Park. In two phases, Northwest Plaster spray applied more than two million pounds of QUIKRETE^® One Coat Fiberglass Reinforced Stucco (FRS) covering more than 150,000 square feet. In phase one 350 3,000 lb bulk bags of stucco was applied and in phase 365 3,000 lb bulk bags of stucco was applied. Dispensed from a silo system, the QUIKRETE^® One Coat Fiberglass Reinforced Stucco (FRS) was applied at ³⁄₄" over metal lathe and oriented strand board (OSB).

QUIKRETE^® One Coat Fiberglass Reinforced Stucco is a Portland cement-based plaster designed for use in one coat stucco applications over substrates of fiberboard, plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), gypsum sheathing or expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation board on exterior walls of wood or steel stud construction. It may also be used as base coat in conventional two- or three-coat stucco systems.
