An upscale Mediterranean-style hotel, JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa is a peaceful retreat located just minutes from action on the Las Vegas Strip or the serenity of Red Rock Canyon. Featuring a pool, spa, fitness center, beauty salon and a variety of both upscale and casual dining options, the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa added a new parking garage to better accommodate its guests. In order to seamlessly connect the old parking garage and new parking garage with as little disruption as a possible, Gillette Construction built eight transition ramps made of QUIKRETE® Q-MAX Pro CONCRETE MIX. Designed to reach 1,000 PSI in three hours and 3,000 PSI in 24 hours, using QUIKRETE^® Q-MAX Pro resulted in ramps that could be open to traffic quickly.

Ideal for horizontal concrete applications such as slabs, parking garages, bridge decks, roads, balconies, steps, floors, ramps, sidewalks and patios, QUIKRETE® Q-MAX Pro is applied at a minimum thickness of 2” and meets ASTM C387/C387M specifications for packaged, dry, combined materials for concrete and high strength mortar.
