NOTICE OF LIMITED WARRANTY: The Quikrete Companies, LLC, having its headquarters located at Five Concourse Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30328, warrants its product to be free of manufacturing defects and meet technical properties set forth in the technical data sheet. This warranty does not cover standard manufacturing variations, color variations/matching or efflorescence. Quikrete is not responsible for installation of the product or defective conditions caused by installation, structural movement, substrate failure, abuse, impact, abrasion or alteration of the product, earth-shifts, excessive or unforeseen site conditions, acts of God, application of chemicals to the product or determining suitability of the product for intended uses and applications. The original purchaser is responsible for determining suitability of the product for the intended uses and applications and assumes all risks thereof. Liability under this warranty, if found to be defective, is LIMITED to replacement of the defective product (as purchased), or at Quikrete's option, the refund of the purchase price of the defective product. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the purchase of the product and is non-transferable.
