WET PROCESS SHOTCRETE MS

Wet Process Shotcrete

QUIKRETE® Wet Process Shotcrete MS (No. 1228) is a spray applied shotcrete specifically designed for wet process applications. The Portland cement based, high strength structural repair material is micro silica enhanced to significantly reduce rebound. The material is available in coarse and fine mix designs and can be formulated with steel fiber or synthetic fiber.

 

Use for vertical, horizontal, or overhead applications, such as:

  • Bridge repair
  • Tunnels
  • Parking garages
  • Ramps
  • Beams
  • Piers
  • Concrete pipes
  • Tanks
  • Dams

 

Phsical Properties:

  • Complies with ASTM C-1480, Type FA (Grades GU, SR & LP)
  • Very low permeability

 

PSI (Mpa):

  • 8000 psi (55.1 MPa) @ 28 days
  • 7000 psi (48.2 MPa) @ 7 days
  • 4000 psi (27.5 MPa) @ 24 hours
